I’m not going to lie to you all and say that this week has been super easy to workout. I don’t know there is something about the holidays that makes working out hard plus various members of my family have been sick. All things together has cut my workouts down to three this week from five or six.
As a busy mom of two, a working nurse and growing another human, I just don’t have time to go to the gym, workout, shower and come home so I most of my workouts are home based. There may come a time when I return to the gym but mostly I find I am more focused at home anyway. Check out this workout using just a set of dumbbells preferably a heavier set and a lighter set. That’s it! Space and weights. Lets do it!

Warm up, run through three rounds only taking a walking break if your heart rate gets too high. For most pregnant women you want to keep it below 150-160 depending on your athletic ability. This takes me about 30-40 minutes depending on how I’m feeling and how my heart rate is that day.
